C3 Exchange offers a range of amazing programs on Sunday mornings at 9:00 a.m. You can join any of them on any given Sunday, and you do not need to be present each week. Feel free to try the groups out, invite friends and enjoy these great opportunities:

• 9:00 a.m. Bible for Progressives
  Offers a fresh look at the Bible text of the day.

• 9:00 a.m. Coffee & Conversation
  An open conversation about current world issues.

• 9:00 a.m. Awakenings
  Awakening is a 40-minute contemplative gathering on Sunday mornings beginning at 9:00 a.m. This gathering features a variety of elements and styles each week offering a unique practice such as meditation, silence, prayer, guided visualization, chanting, and movement. This gathering is perfect for anyone looking to explore a more contemplative practice. No experience is necessary.

• 10:00 a.m. Gathering
  Our main community gathering is the integration of the diversity and evolution of our individual spiritual paths. Through carefully crafted liturgies; the pairing of biblical and contemporary readings; a variety of musical styles; expression of the arts through poetry, dance, and visual imagery; and a uniquely distinctive progressive message; we seek to create an open space for all to explore being human, being love.

  This service time is well suited for families as it features a short children’s message, nursery care, children’s program and youth program. This service runs for one hour and is followed by our Sermon Talk-Back session. The 10:00 a.m. gathering is not only experienced by those in attendance, but is also viewed on DVD by satellite groups and individuals around the world seeking an inclusive spiritual community with an open exchange of ideas.

  Sermon Talk-Back is an opportunity for you to share your views, opinions, and questions regarding the morning’s sermon, gathering, and anything C3 Exchange related, with Ian Lawton, Bob Kleinheksel, of the featured teacher of the morning.
